Editorial Policy

Our mission
TopAIStacks exists to help people find the right AI tools for their workflows — with verified pricing, honest assessments, and clear comparisons. We are a commercial site, but our editorial decisions are made independently of our commercial relationships.
What we cover and why
We cover AI tools across all major categories: writing, SEO, coding, design, video, audio, automation, research, and more. Tools are selected based on user relevance and search demand — not because a vendor paid for coverage.
We cover both tools we have affiliate relationships with and tools we do not. If a tool is relevant to our readers, it belongs on the site regardless of monetization status.
Independence from commercial relationships
- Vendors cannot pay for a higher rating, better ranking, or more favorable write-up.
- Affiliate commission rates do not influence how we rate or position tools.
- Vendors cannot review or approve content before publication.
- Sponsored content, if any, will be clearly labeled as such and separated from editorial content.
Accuracy and verification
- Pricing data is verified against official pricing pages and updated regularly. Each page shows a "Verified" date.
- We do not invent features or capabilities. If we are uncertain, we say so.
- When pricing changes, we update the affected pages as quickly as possible.
- We do not claim to have personally tested every tool unless we explicitly state that we did.
Buyer-protective stance
Our editorial voice is buyer-protective. This means:
- We include limitations and "not ideal for" sections on every tool page.
- Pricing pages include a "What to verify before paying" section.
- We do not write promotional copy that obscures real limitations.
- We call out pricing traps, auto-renewal issues, and usage limits where relevant.
Corrections
If you find an error in our content — incorrect pricing, a factual mistake, or outdated information — contact us and we will review and correct it promptly.
